You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
3. Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible items.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that are marked as “final sale” at checkout (unless defective or damaged)
(Note: Currently, BikeyGo does not designate any regular products as final sale items.)

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us first. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
